Shipping Policy

Most products are custom made to order unless otherwise noted. Please allow 2-3 weeks to ship; 4-6 weeks for custom bridal pillow orders. We ship via USPS and UPS and will send you the tracking # as soon as your order ships. Need something right away? Contact us at Info@MiraJeanDesigns.com to inquire about products currently in stock and ready to ship within 1-3 days.

Environmentally Friendly

We care about the environment and want to do our part. Our products are shipped using recycled materials, recycled tissue paper and compostable, eco-friendly mailers. All marketing materials are printed on recycled papers using soy based inks. Our fabrics include 100% organic, GOTS-certified grounds. Our wallpapers are printed in the USA on Forest Stewardship Council certified papers, sourced from sustainably managed forests.

We want you to love our products! Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us right away and we will work with you to make it right and/or issue a store credit for future purchases.
