The Mira Jean Story
Mira Jean Designs is the creation of artist & lead designer Kate Hougen. As seen in Traditional Home, Cottages & Bungalows, and Arlington Magazine's Best of Arlington Award Winner for Wallpaper - Editor's Pick.
As a child, Kate grew up overseas and lived in Africa and the Middle East. It was here her love of textiles first began. In 2015, Kate launched her first Mira Jean Designs textile collection. A few years later, she added wallpaper to the line. In 2018, she began offering interior design and decorating services.
